It is the night of the most important vote in the history of Newfoundland and Labrador.  Will Responsible Government return, or have the words of Joey Smallwood convinced the people to join Canada in Confederation? The race is too close to call.

Believing there is a conspiracy to ensure Confederation comes out on top, media mogul Jeffry S. Gould is fighting fire with fire. You have been hired to ensure a large portion of confederate votes never get counted.

The referendum results are being tallied and telephoned in to the Chief Electoral Officer, but thanks to the efforts of your employer, the telephone lines for the Bonavista district are out of order. The ballots are instead being transported by train to be counted in Clarenville– the very train you have just snuck aboard.

The fate of your country hangs in the balance!  Can you infiltrate the mail car, break into the safe, and swipe the ballots before the train comes to a halt?
